Information posted on Tuugo is obviously publicly available. Our servers are located in Germany.

Therefore, if you choose to provide us your personal information, you are consenting to the transfer and storage of that information onto our servers on the Germany.

The objective of collecting all these data is for a better functioning and fulfillment of marketing objectives of companies, as well as generate and facilitate contact between business and customers, generating a better user experience in tuugo and greater security for both parties at the moment to specify a business.

Only data marked with * is the minimum information required for the correct operation of tuugo, the other information is optional.

The users are able to set the preferences of what kind of content should be shown in Settings section.

You can see, modify or erase your personal information by reviewing your posting or account status page, or deleting it from the control panel.

Contact customer support ([email protected]) if you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

There may a charge associated with such requests but these will not exceed the amounts permitted by law. We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier. We retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent misuse from third users or companies.

06. Security.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

As set out in the OST, Tuugo complies with all laws and regulations applicable to its provision of the Online Services, which would include the CCPA.

10. General.

We may update this policy at any time, with updates taking effect at the next update of the policy or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. If we or our corporate affiliates are involved in a merge or acquisition, we may share personal information with another
